He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy J. Parker and Evelyn C. Adams Parker; his sisters-in-law, Ila Enzor Campbell and Janice Parker; his cousin Melvin Otis; and his nephews, Ferrin Campbell, Jr., William "Willie" Enzor Campbell and Parke Nichols.
He is survived by : his children, Pamela Parker Myers (Bill) and Parker, Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Alison Parker Dillehay (Joseph) and Bill "Ivan" Myers III (Kayla); his stepgranddaughter Tiffany Myers Barham; his siblings, Francis "Frank" Parker and Royce Parker Nichols (Doug); and his wife Pat Enzor. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
