He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy McCormick. He is survived by: his children, Kalvin McCormick, Kenneth McCormick and Kelly McCormick Murphy; and his grandsons, Michael McCormick, Bryan Tyler Day and Jonathan Murphy. He is also survived by great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
