It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kyong C. Rutsky of Crestview, Florida, who passed away on October 3, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kyong C. Rutsky to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her husband Joseph; and her sons, Joseph Rutsky (Peggy) of Saratoga Springs, NY, James Y Rutsky (Annie) of Latham, NY, Kenneth H Rutsky of Brunswick, NY, Bussing and Broadway of Saratoga Springs, NY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kim's name to the Emerald Coast Hospice in Crestview, Florida.
