She was predeceased by: her father John R. McCullough, Sr.; and her former husband Jimmy DeJesus. She is survived by: her husband Scott N. Matlofsky; her son Andrew J. DelaRosa (Cassidy); her siblings, John R. McCullough, Jr. (Alison) and Candy Ann Ruiz; her mother Colleen A. McCullough; and her grandchildren, Maia Lamb, Jimmy DelaRosa and Liam DelaRosa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
