She is survived by: her children, Valerie McLaughlin and Bernard Skinner; her goddaughter Katrinia Stakley Hamilton (William); her grandchildren, Javaris Skinner, Chaunitra Skinner, Brandon McLaughlin, Heleana Stromas (Robert III) and Jessica Ruffin; and her sister Tommyne James (Elbert). She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
