He is survived by: his children, Alica Bowers (David), Melissa Bartling, Michele Bartling and Matthew Bartling (Cassidy); and his siblings, Russell Bartling, Eileen Crone, Marlene Stern and Janice Sanchez. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
