She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Rowland and Charlotte Rowland (Daniells); her husband Charles; her sons, Kelly, Marshall and Keith; and her grandson Charles Darrell.

She is survived by : her children, Wayne Decker, Darrell Decker (Diane) and Lanya Lester (Philip); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Alyssa, Jeremy, Darby, Delaney, Kelley, Dinyelle, Crystal, Chance, Kara, Kris, Dalton and Ella; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Layla, Aurora, Bentley, Selina, Sapphire, Jonathon, Bethany, Malachi, Van, Abel, Nolan, Axton, Lillyenne, Kaylee, Kody and Karissa.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesus Catholic Church (1200 Valparaiso Blvd, Niceville, FL 32578). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Heritage Gardens Cemetery (2201 Partin Dr N, Niceville, FL 32578).
