He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Nickerson and Elsie Nickerson. He is survived by : his sisters, Judie and Linda; his wife Patricia A. Nickerson (Slocomb); his children, Barbara Wight (Wayne Brinkley) and Robert, Jr. (Susan); his grandchildren, Matthew Bell (Maggie), David, Joseph, Grace Nickerson and Nicholas Morrell; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah, Kristen and Morgan; and his stepgreat-grandson Carson Wayne.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fisher House, Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS where Bob received wonderful support and hospitality while being treated for cancer.
