He was predeceased by: his parents, Z. A. Adams and Jeanette Adams; his sister Robin; and his son John Edward Adams. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bell; his daughter Melissa (Jason); his grandchildren, Evan John Paul and Morgan (Gavin); and his siblings, Helen Brock (Hal), Herbert Adams (Arien), Buddy Adams, Larry Adams, Roy Adams (Maggie), Linda Adams and Brenda Adams Bastone (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as sister-n-laws and brother-n-laws.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Crestview (171 E Hickory Ave, Crestview, FL 32536). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Cluster Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (1333 Co Hwy 1084, Defuniak Springs, FL 32433).
