He is survived by : his wife Janice Marlene Houston (Marty); his children, Samuel Phil Houston III (Sam) and Ashley Houston Decareaux; his siblings, Henry Jack Houston (Sam) and Linda Thompson; and his grandchildren, Christopher Allen Decareaux, Grace Mary Houston and Samuel Peter Houston.
