She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Day and Queen (Sylvia). She is survived by: her stepfather George Kelly; her siblings, A. P. Day, Bill Day, Albert Day, Sara Bonnell, Mary Wells and Hinton Day; her husband Haywood Nixon; her daughter Becky; her grandchildren, Amy, Tim, Angela, Randy and Laura Vinzant; her children, Tim Nixon, Kevin Moran, Amy, Jumai, Isabella Brown, Liam, Collin and Ryan Nixon; and her sister-in-law Martha Anderson. She is also survived by thirty nieces and nephews.
