She was predeceased by: her husband Howard R. Garrett; her daughter Naydene Garrett Brock; her parents, Eston Brogan and Ora Bell Brogan; and her brothers, James Brogan, Edward Brogan, Kenneth Brogan and Jerry Brogan.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard Steve Garrett and Ralph Garrett (Tina) of Crestview; her siblings, Rickey Brogan (Hazel) and Hazel Langston; her grandchildren, Ashlea, Brittany, Michael and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Holden, Rhett, Sydnie, Grayton and Eston. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Beginnings Church (412 W James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32536). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Live Oak Park Memorial Cemetery (112 North Ave E, Crestview, FL 32539).
