He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Harold "Pete" Matteson and Helen Matteson (Maynard); his wife Barbara Matteson (Stineford); his children, Keith Matteson (Ann) of Virginia and Karol Matteson of Florida; his grandsons, Cody Matteson (Alexandra) and Cuyler Matteson (Katie); and his siblings, Doug Matteson (Jenny) of Florida, Shirley Bryant of Florida and Sara Matteson (Sally) of Mexico. He was also cherished by many nieces and cousins.
