In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Eddie leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Eddie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Parrott and Johnny Ruth Parrott; and his brother Rudolph Parrott. He is survived by: his wife Eloise S. Parrott; his son Edward A. Parrott Jr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Kassi Knopp (Nick) and Matthew Parrott (Renee); his great grandchildren, Max Knopp and Paisley Parrott; and his sisters, Dorothy Morgan, Shirley Douglas and Faye Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rick Gooding Funeral Home (16984 SE Hwy 19, Cross City, FL 32628). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rick Gooding Funeral Home Cross City Chapel (16984 SE Hwy 19, Cross City, FL 32628).
