He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Barker; his son Brian Hawkins; his daughter-in-law Julie Hawkins; his daughter Leslie Edvenson; his son-in-law Sean Edvenson; his grandchildren, Brett, Amanda, Drew, Micah and Seth; his sister Sheri Burnett; and his brother-in-law Sid Burnett.
