He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Donna Marie Shaffer; and his brother Robert Shaffer. He is survived by: his girlfriend Wanda Ratliff; his siblings, Joseph Shaffer, Sandra Novotny, Rochella Shaffer and Douglas Shaffer; his daughter Daisylee Shaffer (Ernesto Espino); and his grandchildren, Jacobi and Jameson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
