He is survived by: his children, Pamela Smith, Che Smith, Chisa Jade Smith and Lee Calvin Smith, Jr. (Josette); his grandchildren, Antonio Smith, Jayden Smith, Lee Calvin Smith III, Jordan Smith, Jamoi and Serenity Smith; and his siblings, Jessie Parker (Jim), Howard Smith (Gwen), Mae Helen Lawton, Clifford Smith (Connie), Bernice Smith, Thomas Smith and Sonja Smith.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Unity Church of Christ (319 NE 7th Ave, Crystal River, FL 34429). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Crystal Memorial Gardens Cemetery (9640 W Garden St, Crystal River, FL 34428).
