He was predeceased by: his son Justin Wells Palmer. He is survived by: his spouse Norellen; his children, Joseph Warden (Lisa) of Florida, Samantha Brown (William) of Florida, Kristen Elliott (Dan) of North Carolina and Robert Silvia (Jeffrey) of Florida; his siblings, Marsha Baker of Florida, Kimberly Withers (Christopher) of Massachusetts, Bradley Palmer of Florida and Weston Palmer (Sussie) of Massachusetts; his sister-in-law Joyce Krajza (Skip) of Florida; and his nephew Casey Krajza of Florida. He is also survived by grand children, nieces and nephews and great grandson.

In leau of flowers donations can be made in Arnold's name to Moffitt Cancer Hospital Research.
