With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billie Maxwell Surratt (Dade City, Florida), born in Tampa, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Surratt and Wyline Surratt. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Lindsay; his children, David and Susan; his daughter-in-law Sonya; his grandsons-in-law, Dawson, Spencer, Landon and Caden Surratt; his son-in-law Alan; his grandchildren-in-law, Joshua and Lauren Jenkins; and his siblings, Sam, Ted, Lewis, Dolly, Mitzie, Kenny, Cissie, Bobby, Terry, Terrell, Mark, Marci and Keith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He would have appreciated his life being honored by providing donations to Breakaway Ministries in Gadsden, Alabama, the Vision 24 Building Fund (Discover Fellowship Church), and to Hernando Pasco Hospice.
