We announce the death of Carl A. Gude (Dade City, Florida), who passed away on August 14, 2026, at the age of 94. Carl will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Gude and Mary Gude; and his siblings, Eda Barthle (Louis), Cecelia Sharber (John), Leonard Gude, Mildred Scharber (Bill), Florian Gude (Sylvia), Agnes McCarthy (John), Sophie Storch (Edward) and Rosemary Gude.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Gude; his sons, Tim Gude (Cindy), Dan Gude (Cyndee), Mike Gude (Mary Jo) and David Gude (Cindi); his grandchildren, Ashley Shorb (Jared), Lindsay Huffman (Joel), Amanda Steckman (Mat), Kyle Howie, Caleb Gude, Nathan Gude (Anna), Zachary Gude (Neko), Alayna Tipton (Kevin), Josh Gude (Diana) and Colbie Bosch (Austin); and his brother Frank Gude (Andrea).
