She is survived by: her children, Kathy Neff and Walter Neff; and her grandsons, Frank Lombardo and Jon Grisar.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Episcopal Church (16 Washington St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
