She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Cabrera and Benedicto Nieves. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Nunez Nieves and Rene Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Jose A. Bonilla and Carmen Mejia; her great grandchildren, Adamaris Rios, Carmelina Matute, Rene Rodriguez, Catalina Carias, Luis Alberto Bonilla, Nani Rodriguez, Rayden Rodriguez and Gabriella Rodriguez; and her pet Pepper.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hodges Family Funeral Home - Dade City (11441 US-301, Dade City, FL 33525). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Gardens & Floral Memory Gardens (US-301, Dade City, FL 33525).
