He is survived by: his children, Alisa Michelle Boderick and Herbert Snelling, II; his grandchildren, J'nai Boderick, Malique Snelling Malachi Snelling, Asia Snelling and Amir Snelling; his great grandchild Jaycee Thomas; and his sister Gladys Williams (Preston). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
