He was predeceased by: his wife Jessica Lopez; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his parent Lynetta Thompson; his children, Antwon Story, David Emmanuel, Phillip Thompson, Alexis Trujillo, Ariele Smalls, James Thompson, Jr. and Noah Thompson; his father Bernard Thompson; his siblings, Andreena Thompson, Erica (Derrek), Extavia, Iris (Michael), Roger Thompson (Robin) and Baron (Adrienne); and also Joanne Bloodsworth. He is also survived by thirteen Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of Living Christ (13415 Johnson St, Dade City, FL 33525). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
