With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Etheredge in Dade City, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Etheredge to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oliver and Mary Oliver; her husband James Newton Etheredge; her daughter Julie Etheredge; and her brothers, Marion Oliver and Aubrey Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Etheredge of Lake Panasoffkee, Daniel Etheredge of Bushnell, Florida and Darby Etheredge of Bushnell, FL; her grandchildren, Nichole, Alexis (Darren), Mark, Analin and Matt; her great grandchildren, Kaison, Brayden, Stella, Scarlett and Anya; and her siblings, Martiel Davis, Barbara Gordon, Alicia Oliver and Stanley Oliver (Glenda).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Bushnell (125 W Anderson Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513-5921). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in her memory.
