He was predeceased by: his son Kerry Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Carol Simmons; his daughter Leigh Lomax; and his grandchildren, Michael Cochran, Ashlee Hall, Heather Simmons, Brandon Simmons, Alexandrea Simmons and Justin Simmons. He is also survived by several sisters, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
