He is survived by: his wife Carol Bradshaw (Litchfield); his grandson Shaun O'Hara of Dade City; his son-in-law Timothy Thatcher of Dade City; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Bradshaw, Deborah Muga, Jackie Stairs, Wesley Bradshaw, Carol Swart and Melissa Adams.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Tunnels to Towers in honor of Leo's military service.
