She is survived by: her husband James O. Harper; her children, Tanya D. Harper and Michael J. Harper (Angela); her granddaughter Morgan Harper O'Brien; her stepgrandchildren, Kevin and Kieleah Westley; her sister Millie Campbell; and her brother-in-law Fred Hand. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
