He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Flanagan (Chuck) of Zephyrhills, Robyn Ruggles (Shawn) of Zephyrhills Florida and Phyllis Coates Zephyrhills; his sister Edna Schlauch of Wells Maine; and his grandchildren, James Coates (Starr), Charles Flanagan II, Chet Chenault, Kylie Ruggles (Josh Garcia), Amber Williams (David), Staci Washburn (Cody), Brenden Ruggles (Tracy) and Xander Chenault. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and 11 great grandchildren.
