He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgie Simmons and James T. Rogers; and his brothers, Donald Rogers and Taylor Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith; his children, Rebecca Rogers Stringfield, Nancy Douglas (Robert) and Gary Todd Rogers; his siblings, Wendell Rogers (Celia), Elaine Lister (Sonny), Vivian Mirk (Patrick), Raymond Rogers (Pam Berns), Willeva Van Den (Ludo) and Dana Fortinberry (Jim); and his sister-in-law Christine Rogers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hodges Family Funeral Home - Dade City (11441 US-301, Dade City, FL 33525). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floral Memory Gardens (37701 Clinton Ave, Dade City, FL 33525).
