He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Jean Gavin. He is survived by: his father Rickey Lewis Gavin; his sisters, Rachel Lea Amsler (Ken), Lisa Marie Brannen (Jesse), Heidi Jean Stephens (Byron) and Anna Michelle Harm (Anthony); and his pet Apollo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
