He is survived by : his wife Rue Mikell of Dade City, FL; his stepchildren, Stephanie Fernandez (Anthony) of Dade City, FL and Matthew Branch (Brandy) of Dade City, FL; his brother Larry Mikell (Debbie); his grandchildren, Logan Fernandez and Lane Allen Branch; and his niece Casey Leppan.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Gulfside Hospice.
