He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken Apgar and Wilma Apgar; his sister Jane Muterspaw; and his stepson JW Stroud. He is survived by: his wife Laura Baldwin Apgar; and his son Ryan Baldwin. He is also survived by 2 brothers and 3 children born to him and his wives.
