He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lewis Campbell and Olive Irene Barber Campbell; his siblings, Larry Campbell, Lewis Campbell, Gene "Claudia" Campbell, Jack "Gloria" Campbell, Bob "Ellie" Campbell, Paul "Buster" Campbell, Frank "Lois" Campbell, Marie "Don" Helmbrick, Art Campbell and Annie Mickle; and his brother-in-law Don Davis.

He is survived by: his siblings, George Campbell of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, Genny Davis of Surprise, Arizona and Jerry Campbell of Edinboro, Pennsylvania.; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Campbell of Edinboro, Pennsylvania and Judy Mickle of Edinboro, Pennsylvania; his niece Misty Campbell-Knause of Edinboro, Pennsylvania; and his nephew Matthew Campbell of Dade City, Florida. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, along with many great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
