It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oswald Wiley of Davenport, Florida, born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his former life partner Sadie; his wife Joy; and his children, Gene (Cathy) and Brenda. He is survived by : his child Sandy (Honcho). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crossroads Chapel (206 W Orange St, Davenport, FL 33837). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
