He is survived by : his wife Betty Piotraczk; his children, Christopher Piotraczk (Jessica) of Florida and Molly Howard (Patrick) of Alabama; his brother Robert (Kathy) of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Paisley Surber, Natalie Surber, Hannah McKenzie and Nicholas Piotraczk.
