He was predeceased by: his parents, Joséde Yanez and Esperanza López Yanez. He is survived by: his wife Norma Yanez; his daughters, Diana, Claudia and Karina; his siblings, José Luis, Gerardo Yanez, Adela, Rosa, Lupe and Petra; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Sabrina, Julian and Aspen.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fred Hunter's Funeral Home (6301 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024).
