In the vast expanse of eternity, Cecil shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cecil farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Madeline Hall and Cecil Calvin Hall. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Albert and Janice; his grandsons, Nicholas and Conner; his brother Kevin Hall (Tonya); and his siblings-in-law, Mary and Stephen (Kathy). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
