He is survived by: his wife Ada DeHombre; his daughters, Deborah Bergin (Robert) and Jaqueline East (Joe); his grandson Daniel Bergin; and his great grandchildren, Brooke Bergin, Brianna Bergin, Brittany Bergin, Lukas Gudaitis, Lily Gudaitis, Valerie Nelson, Connor Nelson and Sophia Arrango.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fred Hunter's Funeral Home (2401 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fred Hunter Funeral Home (2401 S University Dr, Davie, FL 33324). A committal service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Gardens (6301 Taft St, Hollywood, FL 33024).
