He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Lynch, Sr. and Julia Brady; his siblings, Thomas William Lynch, Jr. and Anne Lynch Taylor; his son Norman Hazen; and his grandsons, Brian Hazen and Shawn Hazen.

He is survived by: his wife Sonia Lynch; his children, Thomas William Lynch, John Arthur Lynch, Jr. and Robert Hazen; his daughters-in-law, Sandra Lynch and Kimberly Lynch; his grandchildren, Alexa Lynch, Brittany Lynch Pruitt, Brian Lynch, John Lynch, Kristen Lynch, Megan Hazen Drake, Chad Hazen and Robert Hazen; and his great grandchildren, Monaco Pruitt, Milan Pruitt, Aiden Alonso, Conner Drake, Owen Drake and Dawson Drake.
