He was predeceased by : his parents, Eil Allen Johnson and Ena Lorena Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Donna Johnson; his children, Stephanie Ragusa (Vincenzo Ragusa), Anthony Hall (Paulina Hall), Michelle Johnson (Paul Livera) and Michael Johnson (Sasha Johnson); his grandchildren, Vincenzo, Stella, Caleb, Anthony, Olivia-Michelle and Gio; his sister Janet Beets; and his nephew Roger Beets (Alan Beets). He is also survived by great-nephew, and many other family members.
