Leslie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Leslie by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Leslie is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Leslie’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Murray Deckelbaum; her children, Marc Deckelbaum (Melissa), Scott Deckelbaum (Gena) and Kim Kozak; her grandchildren, Kaila, Jacob, Claire, Katelyn and Merrick (Rebecca); and her great grandchild Rhys.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Levitt-Weinstein Memorial Chapels (3201 N 72nd Ave, Hollywood, FL 33024).
