He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Frank and Eleanor Frank (Perrino); and his sister Alicia Marie Frank. He is survived by: his brother William R. Frank (Kathleen); his daughters, Lori Dilican (Denniz) and Nicole Futernick (Lee); his grandchildren, Ellene, Evan, Emily, Taylor, Molly and Ryan; and his former wife Louise Zokle Frank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Hospice, 14875 NW 77th Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
