He was predeceased by : his wife JoAnn Clark. He is survived by : his sisters, Judith Dick and Sue Phifer; and his sons, Michael Clark, Jeff Moore (Susan), Ronnie Moore and Carlton Moore. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces, nephews, friends.
