He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willis and Joyce May Crews Wingard; his wife Betty Wingard; his children, Blaine Wingard and Beth Ann Smith; his grandson Cody Swartzfager; and his siblings, Delmus Wingard, Christine Higginbotham and Junior Wingard.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Kay Wingard; his sibling's children, Jeffrey Wingard and Charlotte Kardatzke; his great-nephew Jacob Wingard; and his great-nieces, Olivia Wingard and Sophia Kardatzke.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Volusia Memorial Park (550 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
