He is survived by: his sons, Petie and Tommy; his friend Joan Harvey; his wife Mary Anne Kennedy Cook; his siblings, Carol Cook Zimmerman and Thomas Peacock; his daughters, Karen Cook Vergura and Susan Cook Harvey; his former wife Joan Harvey; and his granddaughters, Ellie Vergura and Olivia Vergura Chriszt.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dale Woodward Memorial Chapel (167 Ridgewood Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32117).
