With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Linda Alexander of Daytona Beach, Florida, born in Hahira, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Sanders, Sr. and Doris E. Sanders; and her brother John S. Sanders Jr. The. She is survived by: her husband William R. Alexander Sr. (Bill); her children, William R. Alexander Jr. (Ron), James J. Alexander (Jarrod) and Stacy Alexander Potter (Dwayne); her grandchildren, William T. Alexander (Tyler) and Arianna N. Alexander; and her brother Joel D. Sanders (Cheryl).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lohman Funeral Home (1201 Dunlawton Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Volusia Memorial Park (550 N Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174).
