He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Penn; his daughter Letha Mae Payne of Daytona Beach, Florida; his stepson Roy Payne of Savannah, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Ron Washington of Daytona Beach, Celeste Felder (Eric) of Daytona Beach, Zack Braswell of Daytona Beach, Dionne Ivory of Daytona Beach, Monica Curry of Daytona Beach, Davine Stallings of Daytona Beach, Terri Rash (Danny) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jamie Payne (Donna) of Atlanta, Georgia, Shandrea Terrell of Atlanta, Georgia, Shartara Strickland (Benjamin) of Atlanta, Georgia, Dominique Payne of Jacksonville, Florida, Juwana Payne and RJ Payne of Savannah, Georgia.; his sisters, Ann Willis of Boston, Massachusetts, Hermenia Austin of Boston, Massachusetts, Evelyn Payne of North Carolina and Liz Royster (Frank) of North Carolina; his sisters-in-law, Sarah Pinckney of Daytona Beach, Florida, Everlina Kennedy of Daytona Beach, Florida and Betty Ann Lowe of Daytona Beach, Florida; his nephew Dewayne Payne of Port St; and his goddaughters, Rhonda Davis and Kimberly Bohannon of Daytona Beach, Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
