He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Malachuk and Helen Federowsky. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sally Cope (Bill Cope), Cindy Kelbert and Kim Burnard; his stepson John Stacy Lawson (Ranjan Sharma); his grandson Dr. Kevin Cope; his great grandchildren, Cecily, Margaret, Evelyn, Timothy, Julia, Andrew, Kaden, Nash, Cole and Cami; and his brother Dan Malachuk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their spouses.
