He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Alcivar and Zenaida Alcivar (Foretich); and his wife Nina L. Alcivar. He is survived by: his son Christopher Alcivar of Dallas, Texas; his sister-in-law Roberta Fusco of Daytona Beach, Florida; and his niece Jennifer Fusco of Charlotte.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lohman Funeral Home (733 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lpga International Clubhouse (1000 Champions Dr, Daytona Beach, FL 32124).
